Privacy notice

We handle account and business contact information, buyer access-request details, supplier organization profiles, and the procurement content users choose to enter or upload.

The service also records security, session, notification, and audit information needed to protect accounts and keep a traceable history of procurement actions.

Information is used to review access requests, authenticate users, run tender and bidding workflows, deliver service messages, investigate faults, prevent misuse, and maintain an auditable procurement record.

Buyer and supplier workspaces are separated. Supplier users receive access only through an organization invitation, while buyer access remains subject to manual approval by Velpharm.

Authorized Velpharm users and invited supplier users can see only the information made available to their role and organization. Infrastructure, database, file-storage, monitoring, and email providers may process information solely to operate the service under Velpharm's instructions.

Information is retained for as long as it is needed for the procurement process, security, audit, contractual, and legal obligations, then handled under the applicable Velpharm retention process.

You can update available profile information in your account and control optional notification categories in the workspace. For access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request, contact the address below and identify the account or organization concerned.
